This project constructed 10,584 feet of rock dike shoreline protection to protect a segment of deteriorated bank along the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW) in Terrebonne Parish. The objective of this project was to protect critically eroding portions of the southern bank of the GIWW to protect the adjacent fragile interior marshes.
